Glenville Defeats Euclid for 1st Victory

Coach Ginn and the Glenville Football Team defeated The Euclid High School Panthers last night for their first victory of the 2015 season. The Tarblooders rebounded to win 36-19 after trailing at halftime.

Volleyball Team Gets a Win vs. Whitney Young

The Glenville Volleyball Team evened its record with a win over Whitney M. Young today. The Lady Tarblooders had stellar performances by Lawren and Sabrina Nelson in the 3-0 victory.

The Glenville Volleyball Team Opens 2015 Season

The Glenville Volleyball Team opens the 2015 season with a match at John Marshall High School today. The Lady Tarblooders are lead by Seniors Sare Johnson, Lawren Nelson, Saxon Worthington and Alexis Young. Underclassmen include Heaven McCormick, Shatreice Collins and Charnise Page. The Lady Tarblooders are coached by Mrs. S. Jackson and Ms. C. Spencer.

The Glenville Girls Tennis Seasons Begins Today

The Glenville Girls Tennis season begins today with a match at Ardmere Park against James Rhodes High School. The Lady Tarblooders are lead by Erianna Reed, Deavion Warren and Senior Ivory Warren. The Tarblooders are Coached by Ms. K. Smith

GLenville Football Host Scrimmage and Dinner

The Glenville Football Team and Cheerleaders hosted a scrimmage and dinner with the Thurgood Marshall High School Cougars(Dayton, Ohio) on Saturday at Bump Taylor Field. Dinner was then served at the Greater Friendship Church on Arlington Ave.

The Glenville Football Team participated at 100+ strong in the GLenville Festival Parade on Aug. 8th. The Pride of Glenville High School showed their school spirit as they marched down East 105th Street towards St. Clair Ave followed closely by Head Coach Ted Coach Ginn Sr.

Glenville Cheerleaders Have an Active Summer

The Glenville Cheerleaders have very busy this summer. Not only do they practice on a regular basis, but they were in a Fourth of July Parade, Cheerleading Camps, The Glenville Festival and Parade, Car Washes, Fox 8 “Stuff The Bus” and a Showcase at Bump Taylor Field. Nice going ladies.
