Volleyball Finishes Season with Win Over John Hay

The Glenville Volleyball Team completed their season with a win over John Hay’s Hornets today. Great play from the ladies resulted in a 3-0 score. The Volleyball Team finishes the season with a 7-5 Senate record and 7-7 overall. Thanks for a GREAT season.

Seniors, Parents and Mr. Grimes Shine at Parent Night

The Class of 2016 and their parents shined last night at the Glenville Senior Parent Night Dinner. The audience received lots of valuable information about this school year and preparation issues for after graduation options. The event was co-sponsored by the College Now Office of Glenville. Senior Jeff Ginn Jr. was selected “Player of The Week” for his multi touchdown, tackles and interception against John Marshall last week. Congratulations Jeff.

Tarblooders defeat Kennedy Eagles 46-0

The Glenville Tarblooders defeated the John F. Kennedy Eagles Friday night at Collinwood Field 46-0. The Tarblooders will take on East Tech next Friday afternoon at Rhodes Field.

Tarblooders Improve to 3-1

Lady Tarblooders defeat Collinwood

The Glenville Tarblooder Volleyball team defeated the Ladies of Collinwood in five games today behind the play of experienced players: Sabrina Nelson, Lawren Nelson, Alexis Nelson, Saxton Worthington and Sarae Johnson.

Varsity Football: This Week vs. John Marshall

The Glenville Tarblooders varsity football team will play John Marshall on Friday September 18th at Collinwood Field. Kick-off is at 3:00 with a tribute to the late Coach Roye Kidd of John F. Kennedy before the game.
