Scholars’ Lounge Now Open During Lunch

The Glenville Scholars Lounge opened today and will remain open until the end of the year during lunch. For those new students, the lounge includes pool, ping pong, video games, air hockey and more. C ome in and see for yourselves.

JV Football Begins 2017 Season

The Glenville Junior Varsity Team began its 2017 season at Euclid. The Boys lost their first game to Euclid.

Tarblooders Lose Game One

The Glenville Football team lost it’s first game to the Euclid High School Panthers. The final score was 39-21 with a capacity crowd at the Collinwood Athletic Complex. The Tarblooders will face St. Edward on Saturday at Lakewood Stadium. Kick-Off is scheduled for 7:00.

Football Players Receive State of The Art Mouthpieces

Members of the Glenville Football team received new state-of-the-art mouthpieces today as part of the Safe Smiles Program. The program is sponsored by the Case Western Reserve Dental School and allowed each athlete to receive a custom fit mouthpiece.

2017 Alumni Awarded Scholarships

Members of the Glenville Class of 2017 were awarded college scholarships at the Glenville Festival yesterday. Congratulations to the future college scholars.

Glenville Alumni Wed at School

Browns Donate Helmets

The Cleveland Browns donated helmets to every football program in the Cleveland School District. A player and coach were invited to see the Browns defeat The New Orleans Saints at the Pre-Season Home Opener last night.

Staff Gets Ready For New Year

The message from the Glenville High School staff is “We Can’t Wait to See You Monday”. Monday August 14th is the first day of school and teachers have spent the majority of this week in preparation for our scholars on Monday. “WE ARE READY”.
